Marian M. (Bittner) Scheirer

Marian M. (Bittner) Scheirer, 88, of Kutztown, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Scheirer. Born in Weisenberg, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Hilda H. (Rinker) Bittner. Marian was a graduate of Parkland High School class of 1950 and was an Executive Assistant for the Vice President at Kutztown University. She was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Marian is survived by sons: Jeffery C. of Kutztown; Dr. Robert D. husband of Barbara of Martinez, GA; daughter Brenda S. wife of Dr. Scott Beck of Murphy, TX; grandchildren: Matthew, David, Robert J. Scheirer, Mary E. Link, Joshua, Benjamin Beck; grandbird Willie; sister Mary wife of Kenneth Henry; sister-in-laws Betty Bittner and  Evelyn Groller. She was predeceased by brothers Leonard and Richard Bittner. Services, Monday, June 28, 2021, 11am at Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home Inc, Kutztown. Visitation with the family 10am to 11am. Interment Weisenberg Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 357 West Main St, Kutztown, PA 19530.
