Richard C. Miller , 79, of Kutztown, died December 11 in Kutztown Manor Nursing Home. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Rhodes) Miller. Dick was born in Kutztown, a son of the late Charles and Ethel (Reinert) Miller. He was employed at Eastern Industries. He was a former member of the National Guard. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; grandson, Ryan M. Miller; daughter-in-law, Mary C. Miller; sister, Jean Shelak; brother, Ronald Miller; and five step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Mark R. Miller, 2009. Dick's wishes were that there not be any services. The Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home, Inc., Kutztown, in charge of arrangements.
