Le Roy A. Werst 92, died January 19th in the Lutheran Home at Topton. He was the husband of the late Edith M. (Snyder) Werst.
He was born in Topton, a son of the late Thomas and Mabel (Reiss) Werst.
Mr. Werst formerly resided in Stony Run, Kutztown and Hamburg.
Le Roy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church Topton, and was a Army Veteran of WW2. He was employed as a cabinet maker at Birch Craft.
He is survived by a son Lee S., Arlington, Va.,daughter-in-law Pamela Werst, Tilden Township, two grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son Elliott S.
in December 2012.
Funeral services Thursday at 2 P.M. in the Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home, Inc., 346 W. Main St. Kutztown.
Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Thursday 1 P.M. to time of service.
