Jeffrey M Vanhorn

Jeffrey M. Van Horn 60, of Fleetwood passed away in his fathers Mertztown residence June 20th. Jeff was born in Allentown to Richard W. Van Horn and the late Jean D. nee Bieber Van Horn. Jeff was a graduate of Kutztown Area High School and was an Army veteran. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kutztown. Jeff was employed as a registered nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospice. He is survived by his father Richard; sister Donna J. wife of Jeffrey Sunday, Lenhartsville; brother Scott R. husband of Sherry, Mertztown; and good friends John and Colleen Wolford, Georgia. Funeral services are Saturday June 23rd, 11 a.m. at Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. to time of service. Jeff wanted to thank family, friends, and co-workers for the loving care he received, especially the "Rat Pack". In the spirit of hospice nursing, donations may be made to the hospice of choice or to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA 18103. The Topton American Legion will have Military Honors.
