Catherine E. Homan

Catherine E. Homan, 72 of Kutztown passed away Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of late Joseph T. Homan. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Albert Moyer and Lorraine (Miller) Moll. Catherine earned her GED in 1996. She was employed at Lanco, Garden State Tannery, and Walmart supercenter. She is survived by her four sisters and one brother: Sandra Hilbert, Betty Moyer, Nancy Erb, Debbie Hess, and Robert Moyer. She is also survived by three sons: Matthew L. husband of Karen, Long Island, NY, Joseph T. Jr. husband of Rosie, Kutztown, Jason M. husband of Michele, Kutztown; and three daughters: Jeannie L. wife of Jim Quinlan, Exeter, Connie L. wife of Tim Boyer, Fleetwood, and Kimberly L. wife of Matthew Hartz, Blandon. She has 15 grandchildren: Samantha Homan, Erica Homan, Daniel Adam, Jessica Boyer, Brad Adam, Alexis Adam, Dylan Hartz, Anthony Homan, Jason Homan, Emily Hartz, Andrew Homan, Katelyn Hartz, Jadon Boyer, Alex Homan, Valery Hartz, and four great-grandchildren: Taven, Paisley, Nicole, and Novaleigh. Services are private. Catherine and J.Thomas’s ashes will be interred together at Berks County Memorial Gardens.
