Ethel M. (Balthaser) Hoch

Ethel M. Hoch 93  died June 10th  in the residence of her daughter Judy and son-in-law Curt Daub.

She was the widow of the late John F. Hoch who died in 1998.

Ethel was born in Richmond Township a daughter of the late Jacob J. and Florence K. nee (Dutt) Balthaser.

She was  a member of St. Paul’s UCC, Kutztown.  Ethel was a self employed seamstress.  She is survived by  sons John F. husband of Rosemary, James J. husband of Jane, daughters Judith C. wife of Curtis Daub, Linda M. wife of Leroy Stitzer all of  Kutztown, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three sisters, Mabel Kistler

Lehighton, Grace wife of Ray Balthaser Virginville, Roseanne wife of Charles Leibensperger, Kutztown.  She was pre-deceased by a brother Lester Balthaser.

Funeral services Thursday at 11 AM  in St. Paul’s UCC 47-51 S. Whiteoak Street,

Kutztown.  Friends may call at the church 9:30 AM to 11 AM.

Interment in Berks County Memorial  Garden.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Memorial fund of the church at

the above address.
